Currently we are looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist with German for a big international IT company. The person in this role will be the coordinating link between the HR departments of the German company offices and the global vendor responsible for processing their salaries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Contacting the company's German HR departments and gathering payroll related information;
• Maintaining said information by performing calculations and entering the data into the Payroll Accounting systems;
• Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;
• Providing management information reports per request;
• Providing internal customer support via phone, e-mail and chat and responding to tickets;
• Participating in departmental training activities on new technologies, procedures and customer service enhancements;
• Following payroll protocol and policies and keeping information confidential.
